QUALIFICATIONS OF THOMAS M. MUNIZZO, IFA, CERTIFIED APPRAISAL REVIEWER, DAR, ASA

Mr. Munizzo is the controlling partner and Managing Director for Accurity Midwest, LLP which
specializes in residential and commercial quality control reviews and regularly completes fee appraisals
when time allows. He is also a contract review appraiser for LaSalle Commercial Appraisal Management
(L‐CAM) specializing in all types of residential, multifamily and commercial appraisal reviews nationwide. He has been and continues as the Chief Appraiser for Accurity Consolidated, a nationwide residential appraisal company. He also is a Supervisory Consultant for Frank Lucco who is the Managing Director of Accurity Qualified Analytics. AQA is the Accurity litigation hub for mortgage back security litigation and consulting.
