Bowery Valuation

Managing Director: November 2019 – June 2022

  • Started Bowery’s first valuation practice outside the main NYC corporate office. Fostered growth of the DC/Maryland/Virginia office from one associate to 12 associates and reviewers in 18 months. Generated growth in revenue from $600K in the first year, $1.8MM in the second year, and a projected $3MM in the third year. Directed valuation and consulting engagements related to wide variety of property types throughout DC, Virginia, and Maryland for a wide swath of clients from bond funds to private lenders. Mentored the team in the valuation and analysis of a wide variety of property types, including retail, office, industrial, multi-family, development land, regional malls, hotels, self-storage, educational facilities, and religious facilities.
